HOW TO ORDER: Orders can be placed calling +34 658 986 949, by fax on +34 951 232 161 or by email to bodywrappers@gmail.com and you will promptly receive an order confirmation for your approval by email or by fax. All EU orders have already been imported into Europe and are shipped with DHL or DPD Road by and on behalf of BodyWrappers Europe e.K. from the shipping hub in Germany without any additional hidden charges. Orders from Australia and New Zealand are shipped as air air parcel with German Post/DHL and local duties may apply upon arrival depending on the order value. We speak English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
WHEN TO ORDER: The shipping hub usually receives one weekly bulk shipment from our central warehouse in New Jersey so we recommend placing your order before Tuesday noon European Time respectively.
FREIGHT: Freight includes the air freight component from the US and is charged at a rate 16.50 Euros for the Eurozone member countries (UK: 15 GBP, Australia 36,50 AU$) for each parcel of up to 25 kg of weight except to certain remote locations where a higher rate may apply. We assure you of our best effort but we do not offer express shipments with a guaranteed timeline.
MINIMUM ORDERS: Minimum orders and reorders have been reduced to 150 Euro (UK 150 GBP, Australia 250 AU$) shipping value of available product.
BACKORDERS: Backorders over 150 Euro (150 GBP, 250 AU$) shipping value are shipped as the merchandise becomes available if you do not decide to cancel them. Backorders under 150 Euro (150 GBP, 250 AU$) shipping value are held for 3 months until a new order completing 150 Euro shipping value is placed. In any case you will be informed before we take any action.
MADE TO ORDER: T-Styles that are made to order have a production window of 2 - 4 weeks + shipping time and a minimum order of 2 units per style and colour with the exception of tutus which can be ordered in single units.
DELIVERY: Although our deliveries are likely to arrive earlier, please allow 10-30 days for delivery of products in stock (Australia 20-35 days). All shipment dates are given in good faith but do not suppose a contractual guarantee. If you require a shipment without backorders please mention it in your order and it will only be shipped if all product is indeed available at the indicated time. You can always book orders forward simply by indicating the desired delivery date and we will promply inform you of stock availability and estimated transport times.
PAYMENT: Payment can be made by VISA, Master Card, PayPal or by Proforma invoice and bank transfer (BIC/IBAN) in the case of Eurozone payments. Your credit card information will never be stored on our IT systems for extra security.
PROFORMA: Proforma invoices are sent promptly by email or fax and should be paid within 7 days while we reserve the stock for you.
RETURNS: As wholesalers we make all possible effort to ensure a correct shipment and will only accept returns of defective goods, prior to a brief written description of the problem and as legally required. If the claim is justified we will swiftly make out a credit note.
CATALOGUES: Due to the high weight issues and in order to reduce cost, current print catalogues will be included free of charge with your first order as well as when they become available. Additional copies are available at cost price.
